This $500 scholarship is available to Catholic high school seniors who are registered members of Sacred Heart Parish for two or more years.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a confirmed Catholic.

2. Must have or currently participating in Sacred Heart Youth Program for Two years.

3. Must have volunteered for Sacred Heart Church activities, (examples-altar-server, lector, choir, served for dinners, CCD teacher aide etc.)

4. Must use scholarship money for college, vocational or technical training. Scholarship money will be made payable to the Office of Admissions of school of choice.

5. Regularly attends Mass at Sacred Heart Church.

Eligibility:

1. A letter of recommendation from one senior high school teacher.

2. An essay describing your present educational goals and why you chose them.

3. An endorsement by a Sacred Heart Church Youth Minister or Sacred Heart Parish Priest/Pastor or Parish Director.

4. A completed scholarship application. (attached)

5. Full Name and address of institution of higher education (where scholarship funds will be sent.)
